RepTech
Project for the Fitness Industry

Inventor and Engineer

(2024-2026)

RepTech was a technology I developed to help people track their weight lifting activity at the gym on pin-loaded style lifting equipment. The sensor was designed to attach to standard lifting equipment, allowing the user to track reps, sets, and weight lifted. The data can then be sent to the users phone via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Vehicle Hub Manipulator
Industrial Equipment Project

Product Developer and Engineer

The vehicle hub manipulator was designed to improve ergonomics and safety on an automotive assembly line. I contributed to the SolidWorks design, assembly, and testing of the device, which securely handles 100+ lb wheel hubs and assists operators in positioning them onto the vehicle chassis.

Automated Windshield Lift System
Industrial Equipment Project

Product Developer and Engineer

(2025)

Designed to support precise windshield installation on an automotive assembly line, this automated lift system was developed from concept through implementation. I contributed to the full process, including SolidWorks design, on-site installation, and system testing with controls tuning and troubleshooting.
